Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Delivery:
Own IT and Non-IT recruitment delivery for clients. Drive blue & grey collar volume hiring mandates.-
Team Handling:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters. Set targets, monitor productivity, and ensure closures within TAT.-
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with clients to understand requirements, align on SLAs, share updates, and handle escalations.-
Sourcing Strategy:
Build sourcing mix using job portals, social media, vendors, referrals, and internal database for niche and volume roles.-
Vendor Management:
Onboard and manage recruitment vendors for bulk hiring needs across locations.-
Process & MIS:
Maintain dashboards, track key metrics like TAT, fulfillment ratio, cost per hire, and share regular reports.-
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to client processes, documentation, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years in recruitment with strong exposure to IT, Non-IT, and blue/grey collar hiring- Hands-on experience in volume-based hiring and managing large teams- Strong client-facing and vendor management skills- Knowledge of GCC market hiring preferred- Immediate availability preferred
