Delivery Officer

• Manage complete vehicle delivery process.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) coordination, and documentation before handover.
• Explain vehicle features and basic functions to customers at the time of delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Service departments for smooth delivery operations.
• Maintain delivery records and customer acknowledgment documents.
• Ensure timely registration and number plate follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries professionally during handover.
