What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Contract Services involve the management and administration of contracts between businesses and their clients or vendors. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The goal is to protect the interests of all parties involved and to ensure that agreements are clear and enforceable. Effective contract services help minimize risks and disputes. They also ensure that contractual obligations are met efficiently and on time. Develop & lead negotiations by focusing on mutual strategic interests & remaining unconditionally constructive to promote an enduring business relationship. Manage the overall contracting process by collaborating with client & Accenture procurement, legal, & business teams to get to an agreement.
What are we looking for? Bachelor s degree in law or equivalent Experience required: 5 years in manager s role, Legal degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience or relevant contract management experience with a minimum of 10 years of experience "1) Demonstrated a results driven approach, in a team setting where team members are not directly located within the same geography; 2) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Significant experience working with a variety of contract types (i.e. preparing, reviewing and negotiating) and contract processes (i.e. implementation, etc.); 2) Draft, review, and revise contracts for purchases, sales, and partnerships; 3) Must be able to clearly state and convey legal positions; 4) Experience with contract reporting necessary (i.e. total number of contracts, number of suppliers under contract, and other indicators) to assess progress and effectiveness of the contract function - Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting; 5) Experience responding to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and redlines/revisions; 6) Demonstrated leadership skills in a team setting where team members are not direct reports; Experience managing cross-functional and/or global teams of contracting and / or procurement professionals and in establishing performance expectations; 7) Manage team workload and performance; 8) Procurement process knowledge, contract management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, supplier diversity, supplier management, technology utilization, strategic planning, and integrated supply chain experience; 9) Ability to contribute to creation of Market Insights and capture procurement contracting best practice and industry trends; 10) Negotiate terms with internal and external stakeholders. 11) Oversee contract drafting, negotiation, and execution. 12) Ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards. 13) Governance & Continuous Improvement: Support tactical buying strategy reviews, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization using technology and automation. 14) Team Leadership: Manage sourcing analysts, oversee workload balancing, and ensure team productivity and quality 15) Operational Oversight: Troubleshoot sourcing issues, monitor metrics, and implement improvement plans for staff development. 16) Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet sourcing needs and compliance standards.
