Department Assistant
for
Delivery & Operations divison
Our ideal candidate is expected to have following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree

1-2 years years of experience in a similar role

Advanced level of English is a
MUST, both written and verbal

Previous experience of delivery and operations in
human resources sector
is
nice to have,

Our successful candidate will directly report to Operations Manager being responsible from:
-
Supporting all the operational duties of the HR services delivered to external stakeholders
-
Managing the necessary daily phone/email traffic with candidates and clients,
-
Regularly researching relevant job opportunities and employers in the market and directing candidates to them proactively
-
Reaching out to potential clients on a project basis and establishing connections with HR teams
-
Weekly follow up of controlling and billing requiries of supplier invoices
-
Preparation of daily and weekly reports on activities, operations and costs
-
Supporting the translation and localization of training and development materials
-
Planning and coordinating training events
-
Ensure all services and programs are delivered at the highest quality standards
-
Consistently analyze and identify candidate and customer delivery needs and drive professional development to ensure delivery capabilities can meet needs effectively and profitably
-
Resolve any questions or issues, communicating with sales/accounting and global teams
-
Work closely with the Operations Manager to meet all delivery KPIs by monitoring and managing delivery and program costs
-
Ensure that all the team members are entering all candidate activity/ information/landing data into the system accurately, with appropriate detail and on a timely basis
-
Interface between client, candidate/coachee and consultant/coach
