Delivery Rider

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Rider to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of Karachi’s diverse neighborhoods and a commitment to timely, safe deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely Deliveries: Ensure all packages are delivered to customers within the designated timeframes.
• Package Handling: Securely handle items to prevent damage during transit.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional and polite attitude when interacting with customers at the doorstep.
• Payment Collection: Accurately handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions and ensure all payments are reconciled at the end of the shift.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct basic daily checks on the bike (fuel, tires, brakes) to ensure roadworthiness.

Requirements & Skills

• Geographic Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Karachi’s sectors, including specialized areas like Saddar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Johar, Scheme33, Gulzar e Hijri and PECHS.
• Documentation: Must possess a valid Motorcycle Driving License and original CNIC.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and delivery status updates.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of riding for extended periods and lifting packages as required.
• Language: Proficiency in Urdu; basic understanding of English is a plus for reading addresses and instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a rider for courier services, food delivery platforms, or e-commerce companies.
• Ownership of a well-maintained motorcycle.
• A clean driving record and a strong sense of road safety.
