Duties

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Engage with customers professionally during deliveries, providing excellent service and answering any questions about products or services
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
• Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals and departures while maintaining accurate route documentation
• Conduct merchandising activities by organizing product displays at delivery points and ensuring proper placement of items
• Handle heavy lifting of packages and inventory, following safety guidelines to prevent injury
• Maintain detailed records of deliveries, sales transactions, pricing adjustments, and customer interactions for reporting purposes

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent with a clean driving record
• Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and transaction processing
• Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising roles preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during deliveries and setup tasks
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, and documentation effectively
• Familiarity with route driving, route planning software, or GPS navigation tools is advantageous
• Military experience involving logistics or driving is a plus but not required
