Job Purpose:
To supervise daily delivery operations platform and ensure orders are delivered efficiently and on time, while managing delivery applications, improving service quality, and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day to day delivery operations.
Monitor delivery status and ensure on-time order completion.
Handle and resolve operational delivery issues.
Monitor delivery performance and prepare operational reports.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments such as customer service and warehouse teams.
Improve delivery efficiency and reduce delays and operational costs.

Requirements:
Previous experience in delivery operations and team supervision.
Hands-on experience with Deliverect system and other aggregators application set up.
Previous experience in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
