Delivery & Warehouse Associate

Roby's Furniture & Appliance in Warrenton is seeking a dedicated Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse and timely delivery of furniture and appliances to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately receive, unload, and store incoming merchandise in the warehouse.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are easily accessible for delivery.
• Prepare items for delivery, including assembling furniture and appliances as necessary.
• Load delivery vehicles in a safe and secure manner, ensuring products are protected during transit.
• Drive delivery trucks to designated locations, following predetermined routes and schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including handling any inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Complete delivery paperwork and collect payments as required.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the warehouse and during deliveries.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including cleaning and organizing work areas.
