About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Apriso Senior Developer to design, develop, and enhance Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using Apriso software. You will play a key role in coding, testing, deploying, and integrating MES applications with enterprise systems, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Customization

• Build and customize MES solutions using Apriso software.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure quality and functionality.
• Work with business components, controls, interfaces, database schemas, system parameters, and master data configurations.
• Knowledge of batch industry processes is a plus.

System Integration

• Integrate MES with ERP and PLC/SCADA/DCS systems.
• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between MES and other systems.
• Implement machine integration for shop floor data connectivity.

Technical Documentation & Support

• Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of development activities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot MES-related issues.

Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, project managers, and developers for successful delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and share progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 Years of experience in MES development using Apriso.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and SQL.
• Experience in system integration and data interoperability.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
