Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
As a Moveworks Developer/Engineer at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions using the Moveworks platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Moveworks with enterprise systems, drive API-based integrations, and enable large-scale digital transformation for our clients. Your expertise will guide teams through complex development cycles, ensuring seamless connectivity between Moveworks and leading enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and Kronos.
- Solution Development: Design, build, and maintain Moveworks automation workflows and conversational AI solutions tailored to client requirements.
- API Integration: Develop and manage robust API-based integrations between Moveworks and enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Kronos).
- Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor project teams on integration best practices, troubleshooting, and solution optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices and Deloitte standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Moveworks platform updates and emerging integration technologies to recommend process enhancements.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Moveworks or similar conversational AI/automation platforms
- Demonstrated experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and integration tasks
- Strong understanding of enterprise ITSM, HR, or ERP systems
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Experience integrating Moveworks with large-scale platforms, such as:
- ServiceNow
- Workday
- SAP SuccessFactors
- Oracle
- Kronos
- Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, and other authentication/authorization protocols
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
