Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the flow of materials, components, and products required to support dynamic project timelines and customer specifications. This role serves as the critical link between project demand and operational execution—ensuring that materials are aligned to fulfill project requirements on time and within scope. This is a fast-paced role that requires critical thinking, a passion for data accuracy, and effective communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, estimators, and procurement to translate sales order requirements into demand plans and fulfillment schedules.
  • Monitor and manage material availability, production progress, and delivery schedules to ensure the timely fulfillment of customer sales orders.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or risks related to components and raw materials.
  • Assist in balancing demand with internal resource capacity and external supply constraints
  • Work with procurement to prioritize sourcing needs based on project urgency and lead times
  • Maintain visibility of all active and upcoming jobs to proactively flag fulfillment risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, improve planning processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or fulfillment roles
  • Strong understanding of project-based workflows and bills of materials (BOM)
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Epicor, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively work across departments
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and constantly changing environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
  • Operate a computer and other office machinery or equipment.
  • Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets or office machinery.
Work Environment:
  • This job takes place in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Office employees are required to wear safety glasses, safety shoes, and a highly visible vest at all times in production areas and labs.
