The Demand Generation & Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring all lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. A strong digital presence is integral in building the net2phone brand, nurturing target audiences, showcasing thought leadership, and building brand loyalty with clients and prospective clients, and as such, the demand generation and acquisition specialist will work with the product, marketing and sales teams to build compelling campaigns that drive results. This role is involved in every step of the customer engagement cycle from ideation to implementation and analysis. The Demand Generation and Acquisition Specialist is expected to research, monitor, analyze, test, and continually refine all components of campaign lifecycles in order to optimize lead generation and overall brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and develop campaigns that drive interest in net2phone services.
  • Analyze and report results and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including click-through-rates, cost per lead, lead score, MQL, and close rates, present recommendations to the management team in a clear, logical, and compelling fashion.
  • Identify new strategies to ensure that the most effective platforms and media are incorporated into campaigns.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and make adjustments as needed to optimize results. Perform A/B testing with regularity.
  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of net2phone’s offerings, direct and indirect selling strategies, partner program and offerings, industry/product solutions, customer applications, competitive product differences, and competitor marketing strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce to create, monitor, and track report

EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION/ # OF YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience and proven results in developing effective digital marketing and demand/lead-gen campaigns
  • Highly accountable with the ability to handle multiple projects, manage competing priorities and workflows
  • Experience with marketing automation tools; HubSpot strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Marketing analytics and SEO experience
