Demand Generation Executive – Off-roll

(Full-time field sales role)
Key Responsibilities: Demand & Lead Generation
- Visit electrical shops, retailers, contractors, and construction sites to generate product awareness.
- Identify and qualify potential buyers, influencers (electricians, site engineers), and channel partners.
- Promote company products in assigned territory.
- Collect and share market intelligence on competition, pricing, and schemes.
Daily Sales Reporting (DSR)
- Submit daily visit reports, including dealer/customer feedback, leads generated, and site updates.
- Maintain data of electricians, builders, and contractors in the area.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation performance.
Field Activation & Relationship Building
- Conduct electrician meets, contractor visits, and on-site branding activities.
- Coordinate with local dealers/distributors for product availability and sales push.
- Support in executing local BTL (Below-the-line) activities like board installations, banner placements, and scheme awareness.
Education:
- Any diploma and Graduate (BBA/BCom/BA)
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales / demand generation / lead generation
- Preferred industry: Electrical products , Building Materials (Tiles, adhesive, laminates, pipes, plywood, doors, bathwares etc.)
Budget- 5 LPA
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
