We are looking for a highly driven Demand Generation Outreach Executive who specializes in outbound demand creation through database harvesting, AI-driven prospecting tools, email campaigning, and high-volume cold calling. The ideal candidate will engage B2B prospects, qualify their needs, and build a strong pipeline of sales-ready opportunities for our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound demand generation activities, including cold calling, outbound emailing, and prospect follow-ups.
- Conduct database harvesting using LinkedIn, industry directories, market research, and other online sources.
- Utilize AI-based lead generation and enrichment tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to build high-quality prospect lists.
- Run targeted outbound email campaigns to generate awareness, interest, and initial engagement.
- Make 60–80 outbound cold calls per day to B2B prospects and initiate first-level conversations.
- Engage prospects who responded to or interacted with previous email or marketing campaigns.
- Understand prospect needs, qualify them based on clear criteria, and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Use prescribed scripts and messaging frameworks while maintaining a natural, confident, and professional tone.
- Follow up with warm, semi-engaged, or dormant leads to schedule product demos or meetings.
- Accurately log interactions, call notes, engagement responses, and next steps in the CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to improve outbound performance, messaging, and conversion outcomes.
- Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to outbound calls, conversations, email engagement, qualified prospects, and appointments booked.
Required Experience & Skills
- 1.5–2.5 years of experience in outbound outreach, cold calling, inside sales, SDR, telecalling, or demand generation roles (B2B preferred).
- Strong expertise in outbound demand creation, including cold calling and email follow-ups.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven lead generation tools and prospecting platforms.
- Ability to convert email-engaged leads into productive sales conversations.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Strong research abilities for prospect identification and database building.
- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead tracking and pipeline maintenance.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-oriented outbound environment.
- Experience interacting with PAN India or international prospects is a plus.
- Familiarity with SaaS, IT services, or software product environments is preferred.
