The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in building and executing campaigns across Email, SEO, and Paid Media channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take strategy and quickly turn it into action, iterate based on results, and help create a scalable engine for lead generation and pipeline creation. This role will drive pipeline impact and help achieve our demand generation goals by creating and executing:

• Drive pipeline impact – Help achieve demand generation goals by creating, and executing campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline
• Experiment – Run data-driven experiments to uplevel our campaigns and processes

What You’ll Do

• Email & Automation
• • Build and manage outbound, nurture, and re-engagement email sequences using segmented lists
  • Launch behavior-based follow-ups and campaigns tied to content downloads, events, and site activity
  Track performance weekly and explore AI tools to scale and optimize outreach efforts
  
• SEO/AI Support
• • Collaborate with our SEO/GEO partner to implement content, structural, and technical recommendations to optimize our AI strategy and on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Help integrate SEO and AI-driven traffic into ongoing nurture and follow-up campaigns
  Monitor organic and AI traffic and keyword trends to support content strategy
  
• LinkedIn Campaigns
• • Coordinate persona-based and account-based awareness campaigns
    Promote brand content like customer stories, reports, and case studies
    Sync high-engagement accounts to follow-up email sequences or sales outreach

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years in a demand generation or digital marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality tech
• Experience managing marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc)
• Ability to build and iterate segmented campaigns for outbound, nurture, and re-engagement
• Strong sense of ownership and a data-driven mindset
• Bonus: Experience with SEO projects and paid LinkedIn campaigns

The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 90,000 USD per year(Remote (United States))
