Demand Planner

As our Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in forecasting product demand to ensure we meet customer expectations while optimizing inventory and operational efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts, improve planning processes, and help drive business growth.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation.
• Analyze historical sales trends, market data, and promotional activity to adjust forecasts.
• Lead monthly demand review processes and support S&OP activities.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align forecasts.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and propose actions to improve performance.
• Identify and escalate supply risks and opportunities.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in English (speaking & writing).
• Team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
