This role will be responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. Gather information from Commercial, Sales, Finance and incorporate business intelligence to create and maintains forecast models for the customers.

Reporting to: Regional Supply Chain Manager
- Develop demand forecasts across multiple time horizons and drive continuous improvements in the demand and supply planning process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for operations planning, ensuring strong alignment across functions.
- Analyze historical sales trends, demand drivers, and forecast data to build and refine statistical forecast models.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and Customer Finance to understand assumptions and reconcile forecast variances.
- Ensure adequate capacity, capability, and supply strategies are in place to meet customer requirements.
- Oversee sales orders, inventories, and supply plans—including monitoring excess, slow-moving, aging, and phased-in/out products.
- Maintain the Demand Planning system, using approved categorizations and data structures.
- Provide critical input to supply planning and inventory strategies for existing, new, and phased-out products.
- Partner with Customer Care to define Supply Level Agreements that balance supply security, risk, and flexibility.
- Support issue resolution impacting production schedules by coordinating with functional teams and conducting root cause analysis.
- Manage and communicate high-level capacity plans using a combined top‑down and bottom‑up planning approach.
- Support product data management for finished goods and act as gatekeeper for product launches.
- Participate in NPD/DRM meetings to support the innovation pipeline and manage product lifecycle activities, including de‑lists and SKU rationalization.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation standards, and operational controls.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications and skills
- Preferebaly a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
- Preferably have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain / planning roles, with a minimum of 3 years’experience in demand planning.
- Must have a good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Good command of English and Turkish Languages.
- Must be coming from a Manufacturing background.
- Planning systems SAP experience.
- Actively listens and shares information and knowledge with others in an effective and a timely manner.
- Ensures that appropriate information is disseminated, received and understood.

- Establishing channels and networks which generate a constant flow of information from within and outside the organization; regularly and consistently gathering, analyzing, challenging, and using the information gathered to improve the information source and ultimately the Demand Plan provided.
