Urgent Hiring - Demand Planner

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in demand planning, sales forecasting, supply chain, or inventory management with proven success in forecasting and replenishment
• Strong analytical and statistical forecasting skills
• Excellent command of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel (Pivot, Power Query), and Power BI
• Understanding of S&OP, inventory control, and production planning principles
• Language: Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Execute demand forecasting activities to ensure product availability
• Analyze sales trends and market data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Manage replenishment processes and maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts or overstock.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to align forecasts with operational realities.
• Utilize ERP and planning tools to prepare analytical reports and dashboards for management review.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement continuous improvements in the planning process.
• Execute scenario analysis and demand projections.
