We are seeking an Demand Planner.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

*** This position does not offer a hybrid / remote option.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or in a related faculty of engineering or business management
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Good command of English
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, multi-tasking, problem-solving, result-oriented and responsible
• Strong organization and coordination skills
• Completed military service for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implementation of Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes
• Preparing short, medium, and long-term demand plans
• Conducting daily and weekly demand checks
• Monitoring product supply issues with production planning and taking necessary actions in case of supply problems
• Publishing daily stock-out reports
• Executing the stock allocation process
• Ensuring orders are prepared and planned on time to prevent company sales losses
• Conducting necessary analyses and guiding sales teams to improve demand planning accuracy
• Determining and monitoring optimal stock levels
• Preventing the formation of slow-moving and idle stock
