Role: Demand Planning Executive

Role Overview
The Demand Planning Executive will be responsible for driving accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales data, understanding channel-level trends, and collaborating cross-functionally through the S&OP process.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand & Sales Analysis
- Analyze historical SKU-level sales data across channels.
- Identify trends and growth opportunities by studying demand patterns.
- Assess secondary sales data for sell-through performance.
- Highlight gaps between primary and secondary sales to stakeholders.
- Short-Term Demand Forecasting
- Prepare 3-month rolling demand forecasts at the category level.
- Break down forecasts into SKU-level projections based on sales mix.
- Include business inputs (promotions, launches) in demand plans.
- S&OP – Demand Review Ownership
- Lead the Demand Review in the S&OP cycle.
- Present updated forecasts by category, SKU, region, and channel.
- Analyze forecast vs. actual performance and explain variances.
- Collaborate with teams to align on forecast revisions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills at category and SKU levels.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of multi-channel demand planning.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Exposure to S&OP processes is a plus.
- Must have managed at least 500+ SKUs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
