Demand Planning Manager

This position is responsible for managing demand & supply planning in Crop protection , achieve sustainable product supply for business, assisting stakeholders on supply situations and decision making with high level co-ordination with internal external players including vendor.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end demand supply operation/transaction for Crop protection business - inventory/slow movers' optimization, maintain required inventory levels.
• Farecasting & Demand Planning: Manage and oversee operational demand planning process which involves collection, upload , analysis of country demands from commercial/marketing with inventories information and develop current and future requirement plan with complete picture to management for supplies, challenges, gaps and enablement of future needs for timely decision making.
• This involves huge interaction with sources planners, site, compliance, and trade folks in arrangement of country demand, this interaction requires numerous interaction and engagement with internal and external- 3rd party local as well as foreign partners/colleges.
• Rigorous interaction requirement with regional product, asset manager sitting in different countries and time zones. Internally requires huge amount of interaction with all stakeholders from finance, commercial, marketing, compliance, and supply chain.
• Should carry import/export process and documentation knowledge with high level of understanding of crop protection policies and regulations.
• S&OP : Position requires to drive S&OP process with all stakeholders, take actions and optimize supplies and inventories/Slow mover's plan Product Master: Position involves product master management in SAP as well as max use of planning tools.
• Local Filling/Packing: Arrangement, agreements with 3rd party tollers for local filling/packing from bulk to required SKUs for business with min cogs.

WHO YOU ARE:

Education: BSC./MSC

Experience: Min +5 Years in Supply Chain, Planning, Demand Forecasting Function

Knowledge & Experience:

• Strong Demand Planning
• Knowledge of import/export process & documentation, crop protection regulations, L/C and Bank Contacts & CP product safety.
• Moderate Working Experience/Knowledge of SAP/Microsoft & Planning Tools.
