What This Role Is About

Our client, a large regional conglomerate, is looking for a Demand Planning Manager, based in Jeddah, to lead forecasting and demand planning activities across the business.

This role will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts, aligning supply and commercial plans, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to support business operations.

You will work closely with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and drive operational efficiency.

You will also play a key role in analysing market trends, managing demand planning systems, and supporting end-to-end supply chain planning processes.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning roles.
• Strong background in S&OP processes and inventory management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, supply chain, and finance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve forecast accuracy.
• Experience with planning systems and tools is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
