Demand Planning Specialist

Job Description:
The Demand Planning Specialist is responsible for forecasting customer demand to support efficient production, inventory management, and supply chain operations. This role analyzes sales trends, market data, and historical performance to develop accurate demand plans that align with business goals and minimize stock shortages or excess inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and market insights
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand plans
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust plans based on actual performance
• Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and promotional impacts
• Support inventory optimization and service level improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, economics, or related field
• Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
