Demand Supply Planner

They’re now hiring a Demand & Supply Planner to support their international supply chain operations. This isn’t just a planning support role.

You’ll be forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability across multiple international markets, working closely with production, logistics and commercial teams.

The business has strong global exposure across Europe and North America, so they’re looking for someone who understands how international supply chains operate — not just someone maintaining spreadsheets.

What you’ll bring

• 3–4+ years experience in demand planning or supply chain planning

• Strong experience with forecasting and inventory planning

• Experience working with planning systems and Excel-based forecasting models

• Understanding of global supply chains and long manufacturing lead times

• Previous experience within FMCG, beauty, cosmetics or personal care products (essential)

• Experience working with large international retail partners is a strong advantage

• Someone comfortable working with data, reporting and forecasting models

• Ability to identify potential stock risks and supply challenges early

• Someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced international supply chain environment

What you’ll be owning

• Demand forecasting and inventory planning across product ranges

• Monitoring stock levels across international markets

• Identifying supply risks and managing stock availability

• Coordinating with production teams and suppliers to align demand and supply

• Supporting improvements to forecasting processes and planning systems

• Working closely with operations, logistics and commercial teams

Package 💰

• Salary: AED 14,000 – 16,000 DOE
