Reporting to Asst. Manager – Jewellery Supply chain

1. Scope of the role

• Responsible for Gold coin and entire Studded demand supply planning ( Tanishq , MIA & Zoya )

2. Job Profile

• Monitor and schedule the complete studded jewelry demand, ensuring alignment with overall supply chain timelines.
• Align Front- end demand priorities with key business categories including NOOS, BV , FOD and New collections.
• Coordinate closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Sourcing teams to ensure timely indent placement, smooth production, and on -schedule delivery.
• Ensure timely updates and revisions for NOOS and BV SKUs
• Track SKU-level performance regularly and take proactive actions to improve lead times (LT) .
• VMI SKU finalisation and improve delivery performance
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for demand, supply, and performance metrics.

• DDP 95% +
• Lead time reduction by 20%
• Noos and BV offline indent age < 1 day
• More than 30 days overdue – zero

4. The right person

• An engineering graduate or MBA with 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
• Possesses strong analytical and innovative thinking abilities.
• Has a commanding knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL/MS-Access/Visual FoxPro will be an added advantage.
• Possesses good communication skills to motivate the team for efficient performance and interact with internal production departments, merchandising, and retail.
