Demand & Supply Planning Specialist

We are looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Specialist to support and execute our planning processes within the supply chain function, ensuring product availability and improving forecast accuracy in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or similar roles
• Preferably experienced in FMCG / high-volume operations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced level of Excel proficiency
• Good command of English is preferred
• Strong planning, organization and follow-up skills
• Team-oriented with effective communication skills

Job Description

• Support demand planning processes by preparing and maintaining sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
• Analyze forecast accuracy and identify deviations, taking actions to improve planning performance
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams to enhance forecast reliability
• Monitor stock levels across warehouses and ensure product availability in line with demand
• Support material requirement planning and follow up on procurement and import processes
• Track minimum and maximum stock levels and contribute to inventory optimization
• Monitor KPI performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Support S&OP processes and ensure alignment between demand and supply plans
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
