What You ll Do
 
* Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and guest preferences for restaurants, banquets, and room service.
* Assist in developing menus, seasonal dishes, and culinary promotions across outlets.
* Maintain mise en place and ensure efficient food production with proper portion control.
* Work closely with banquets, bars, and service teams to ensure consistent delivery.
* Train and guide commis chefs, fostering a cooperative and high-performing kitchen environment.
* Follow HACCP standards and food safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and safe equipment use.
* Assist with stock control, inventory management, and proper food storage.
* Report and help resolve any kitchen equipment issues.
* Provide input on menu innovation, guest preferences, and operational improvements.
 
What You ll Need
 
* Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
* Strong culinary knowledge, techniques, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety compliance.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask across outlets and maintain consistency.
