The Demi Chef de Partie at Ser AlSaada Café supports the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes. This role ensures consistency, hygiene standards, and smooth daily kitchen operations while contributing to the execution of the café’s menu and culinary style.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items according to Ser AlSaada Café standards.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
• Manage a specific kitchen station efficiently and maintain product quality.
• Ensure flavor, freshness, and consistency in all dishes.

Kitchen Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing daily deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and help reduce waste.
• Ensure correct handling, labeling, and storage of all ingredients.

Standards & Compliance

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain high standards of personal and kitchen hygiene.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the Chef de Partie and the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support during peak hours and assist in service preparation.
• Communicate effectively to maintain quality and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of basic cooking methods, preparation techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
