​Key Responsibilities:

​Oversee a designated kitchen station with speed, grace, and total ownership.

​Ensure consistent quality control and minimize wastage through smart section management.

​Lead and mentor Commis Chefs by example, fostering a collaborative "NOMADIC" team culture.

​Requirements: 3+ years in a high-end culinary environment, strong leadership potential, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
