Job Title:

Demi Chef de Partie – Leto Restaurant ABU DHABI

Role Purpose

To support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality Mediterranean dishes in line with L’ETO Restaurant's fine dining standards, ensuring consistency, presentation excellence, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present Mediterranean dishes to fine dining standards, following recipes and specifications
  • Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution
  • Complete mise en place efficiently and ensure timely delivery during service
  • Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all dishes
  • Ensure proper handling of high-quality ingredients and minimize waste
  • Follow food hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards at all times
  • Support stock control, inventory checks, and proper storage practices
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen section
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Demi Chef or Commis Chef in a fine dining restaurant for minimum of 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
  • Familiarity with modern cooking techniques and plating styles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills
