Job Title:
Demi Chef de Partie – Leto Restaurant ABU DHABI
Role Purpose
To support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality Mediterranean dishes in line with L’ETO Restaurant's fine dining standards, ensuring consistency, presentation excellence, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present Mediterranean dishes to fine dining standards, following recipes and specifications
- Assist Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Complete mise en place efficiently and ensure timely delivery during service
- Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation across all dishes
- Ensure proper handling of high-quality ingredients and minimize waste
- Follow food hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards at all times
- Support stock control, inventory checks, and proper storage practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen section
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as Demi Chef or Commis Chef in a fine dining restaurant for minimum of 2 years
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
- Familiarity with modern cooking techniques and plating styles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
