Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes and specifications

Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes

Handle mise end place and ensure all ingredients are prepared in advance

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times

Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
-
Properly store food items and minimize wastage
-
Support in receiving and checking deliveries
-
Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members
-
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
-
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in Asian cuisine (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation
-
Experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant operations is preferred

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Team player with good communication skills

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
