Demi Chef De Partie - Asian Cuisine

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes and specifications
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes
  • Handle mise end place and ensure all ingredients are prepared in advance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Properly store food items and minimize wastage
  • Support in receiving and checking deliveries
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in Asian cuisine (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation
  • Experience in hotel or high-volume restaurant operations is preferred
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
