Job Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef de Partie with strong expertise in Dim Sum and Wok cooking to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, precision, and passion for authentic Asian flavors, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Dim Sum and Wok dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist in menu development and contribute innovative ideas for new dishes.
• Supervise and train Commis Chefs in Asian cuisine techniques.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and manage stock rotation effectively.
• Coordinate with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

Work Experience

Minimum 4 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years specializing in Dim Sum and Wok cooking.

Previous experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or reputable Asian restaurants preferred.

Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Asian cooking techniques.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certification preferred).
