We are looking for a passionate and health-focused Demi Chef de Partie – Healthy Cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of nutritious cooking techniques and a genuine interest in creating balanced, high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present healthy menu items according to company standards
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control

  • Assist in mise en place and smooth service operations
  • Contribute ideas for healthy menu development and improvements

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
  • Experience in healthy, diet-focused, or clean-eating cuisine
  • Knowledge of fresh ingredients, nutrition, and modern cooking methods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
