We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie - Hot Kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard in the Hot Kitchen section, ensuring consistency of presentation and taste.

  • Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including mise en place, service, and stock rotation.

  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety and hygiene principles at all times.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members, providing support across the kitchen as needed to ensure the smooth running of service.

  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef and company culinary standards.

  • Assist with receiving and checking deliveries, ensuring high quality and freshness of ingredients.

  • Contribute ideas towards menu development and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experiencen

  • At least2 years’ experience in a any luxury hotel background

  • Sound knowledge of modern cooking techniques, kitchen safety procedures, and HACCP guidelines.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; able to work with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and support a respectful, positive work culture.

  • Passion for continuous learning, culinary innovation, and professional growth.
