Demi Chef De Partie - Moroccan Cuisine

  • Assist in ensuring that the products to be used to make food are prepared accurately and timely.
  • Responsible for producing food according to the standard recipes developed for all foods in order to standardize the portions, taste and quality.
  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
  • Should have culinary education background
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
