Demolition Foreman

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Demolition Foreman to lead crews on commercial and residential demolition projects. This role requires strong leadership, jobsite organization, safety awareness, and clear communication with both the crew and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a demolition crew on active jobsites
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Enforce PPE, safety rules, and company policies at all times
• Coordinate daily tasks and keep crew productive
• Communicate with the General Contractor and Pegos management
• Complete daily/weekly safety paperwork and job documentation
• Take and upload progress and completion photos
• Keep company trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Report issues, delays, or changes immediately

Requirements

• Prior demolition or construction foreman experience
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Knowledge of demolition tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to read plans and follow job scopes
• Valid driver’s license
• clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per hour
