About the Role

Lumos Dental & Aesthetic Clinic is a leading multi-specialty healthcare facility in Dubai, offering advanced dental, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments.
We are seeking a DHA Licensed or DHA Eligibility Nurse with hands-on experience in both Dental and Aesthetic departments, including Laser treatments, to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety across all departments.

Key Responsibilities Dental Department

• Assist dentists during procedures including:
• General Dentistry (fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals)
• Cosmetic Dentistry (veneers, whitening, bonding, smile makeovers)
• Implant Surgery (setup, suctioning, sterilization, patient assistance)
• Orthodontics (bracket placement, aligners, wire adjustments)
• Periodontics (deep cleanings, scaling, root planning)
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms.
• Take and process dental X-rays (if licensed).
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols as per DHA standards.

Aesthetic & Dermatology Department

• Assist doctors with aesthetic procedures including:
• Laser Hair Removal (Splendor X, Fotona, etc.)
• PRP, Microneedling, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels
• Botox and Fillers preparation and post-care
• Perform laser sessions independently (if holding a DHA Laser License).
• Prepare patients, explain post-procedure care, and monitor recovery.
• Maintain treatment logs, consent forms, and compliance documentation.

Patient Care & Administration

• Welcome and prepare patients for procedures.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety before, during, and after treatments.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and skincare maintenance.
• Record accurate patient notes, materials used, and vitals in EMR.
• Support inventory control and ordering of dental/aesthetic supplies.
• Coordinate between departments for smooth clinical operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory).
• Laser License / Laser Safety Training Certificate (required).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Dental and/or Aesthetic Clinic in the UAE.
• Proficient in infection control, sterilization, and patient documentation.
• Professional appearance, punctual, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-specialty clinical environment.
