Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Dental Assistant based in Lahore. The Dental Assistant will support dentists and hygienists by preparing treatment rooms, assisting during procedures, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining efficient workflow in the clinic. Additional responsibilities include providing patient care, educating patients on oral hygiene, managing digital patient records, and maintaining the inventory of dental supplies.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control practices
• Skilled in chairside dental assisting and patient interaction
• Ability to mix dental materials, including cements, impression materials, and bonding agents
• Ability to prepare dental models using dental stone/plaster
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, internet, and digital record management systems
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient comfort and education
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Relevant certification or diploma in Dental Assisting is preferred
• Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Freshers are welcome to apply
