Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental office in Chadds Ford, PA.

Part-Time

Schedule: Wednesday 8AM-4PM

Pay: Attractive pay scale

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all supplies are ready for procedures.
• Assist dentists during various treatments including examinations, restorations, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Take and develop X-ray images while adhering to strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Manage patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct vital signs assessments and medical documentation to support comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions using clear dental terminology.
• Support front desk operations by managing appointments as a dental receptionist and coordinating patient flow efficiently throughout the clinic.
