Your Mission

To support clinical excellence by serving patients with skill, compassion, and urgency — helping create bright smiles that reflect the light of Jesus.

You will be mentored, coached, and developed into a high-performing Dental Assistant who can confidently support same-day dentistry at a high level.

What You’ll Be Trained To Do

• Prepare treatment rooms with excellence and efficiency
• Assist chairside during restorative, crown, and surgical procedures
• Take digital X-rays and scans
• Fabricate temporary crowns
• Deliver clear post-op instructions
• Chart accurately in Dentrix Ascend
• Support same-day treatment flow
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Anticipate doctor needs and increase clinical efficiency

You will not be expected to know everything on day one.
You will be expected to grow fast.

Who This Role Is For

• Someone new to dentistry or graduating from a dental assisting program
• Hungry to master the role within 90 days
• Coachable and eager for feedback
• Hard-working with strong attention to detail
• Able to move with urgency in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
