Dental Assistant

Overview:

Dutchtown Dental Center is looking for a rock star Dental Assistant to help take our practice to the next level. REQUIREMENTS
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Attention to detail
- Well- organized and reliable

PREFERRED
- Experience with Open Dental is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the dentist during procedures
- Sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms
- Providing top-notch patient care
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Taking digital x-rays
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
- Utilize software such as Open Dental for scheduling and record-keeping
- Assist with scheduling when necessary
- Familiarity with dental terminology for effective communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
