Dental Assistant (RDA) – Private Practice in Plano, TX

We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our patient-focused private practice in Plano, TX!

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
• Location: Plano, TX
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification: RDA, CPR certification, radiation safety course
• Language: English

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they feel comfortable.
• Assist the dentist with restorative procedures.
• Take digital X-rays and help with lab work (occlusal guards, retainers).
• Manage and order dental supplies.
• Provide backup support for the front desk (answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out)

• Current RDA certification (new graduates welcome—training available!).
• Strong communication skills to help ease patient concerns.
• Proficiency in taking digital X-rays.
