Dental Assistant

We are looking for a dental assistant to join our office in Sloans Lake! We are a small private practice that focuses on quality patient care. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail oriented, and loves working with people. At least 1 year of prior dental experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dental treatment room
• Operate X-ray equipment.
• Digitally chart and update procedure notes
• Prepare patients for dental procedures.
• Assist the dentist with dental procedures.
• Instruct patients on postoperative care.
• Taking impressions, making temporary crowns and bridges, and other dental tasks as necessary.
• Front office tasks to include scheduling patients, answering phones, and verifying insurance.

Office Hours:

• Mon: 8am - 6pm
• Tues/Wed: 8am - 5pm
• Thur: 8am - 4pm
• Fri/Sat/Sun: Closed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
