Dental Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and upbeat Dental Assistant to join our growing team!
Beyond technical skills, we want someone who brings energy, positivity, and a sense of fun to the office every day. Our ideal candidate is professional yet relaxed, able to make patients and coworkers feel comfortable, and enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures.
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Take X-rays and impressions as directed.
• Provide patient comfort and reassurance before, during, and after treatment.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Serve as a true floater—able to work seamlessly in both the front and back office with equal excellence.
• Support the front office with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks when needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-based environment where work feels enjoyable.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant certification or equivalent (state requirements apply).
• Prior experience in a dental office preferred—but we’re happy to train the right person.
• A team player with a fun, positive, and can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to float between front and back office responsibilities as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with patients of all ages.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented while maintaining a lighthearted spirit.
• Comfortable with technology and dental software systems.
