Dental Assistant

Lighthouse Dental is excited to welcome a new Dental Assistant to our growing team! Under new ownership as of November 2025, we are building a positive, energetic, and patient-focused practice — and we’re looking for stellar team members who are ready to grow with us.

Whether you’re an experienced dental professional or someone eager to start a rewarding career in dentistry, we are willing to train the right person who brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others achieve excellent oral health.

What You’ll Do:

• Take dental x-rays
• Perform coronal polishing (where permitted)
• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Provide compassionate, friendly care to every patient

What We’re Looking For:

• Dental experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
