Dental Assistant

Top-rated dental office with two dentists and four hygienists located in Lee's Summit, MO adding to our already exceptional team We are looking for an amazing Dental Assistant to work at our thriving three doctor practice in Lee's Summit. The special team member chosen must be a 'people person' as our practice emphasizes a friendly atmosphere and highly values the relationships we have with our patients. This position requires someone with excellent assisting, communication and customer service skills! We want to exceed our patients' expectations at every opportunity. It is imperative to look and act professional yet be friendly and inviting to patients and fellow team members.

Experience is a MUST! This person has to have the ability and knowledge required to explain comprehensive dental treatment options.

Requirements:

- Two years minimum dental assisting experience
- The ability to effectively multi-task
- Experience with digital x-rays
- Accuracy in posting treatment and attention to detail
- A pleasant demeanor and positive attitude
- Exceptional chair-side skills
- Be comfortable assisting hygiene and operative
- Ability to make exceptional temporary crowns

- Ability willingness to follow and explain HIPPA rules to new team members

- Dentrix knowledge is helpful

- Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with one afternoon off per week if desired.
