Dental Assistant

The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, and help ensure excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Perform lab tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant certification
- X-ray certification preferred
- Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control protocols
- Familiarity with medical coding, HIPAA regulations, and medical records management
Proficiency in Dental software REQUIRED
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is advantageous
