Springfield Smile Doctor is seeking a polished, detail-driven Certified Dental Assistant who takes pride in excellent dentistry and exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist chairside during cosmetic, restorative, and Invisalign procedures
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and iTero scans
• Maintain seamless operatory setup, turnover, and sterilization
• Support patient comfort and clear communication throughout care
• Assist with clinical documentation and smooth team handoffs

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
• 1–3 years of clinical assisting experience
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Comfortable with digital dentistry and imaging systems
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
