We are seeking a motivated individual with a solid background in dentistry to join our team. In our office you will have the opportunity to clinically assist our doctor with preventative and operative procedures for our pediatric and adolescent patients. As our dental assistant, your role is critical in caring for the patient and assisting the doctor throughout the entirety of the appointment. Attention to detail, confidence in dentistry and pediatric procedures, and a self-starter mentality will be essential character traits for this position. In addition, good communication skills are vital as it is important to provide instructions to waiting family members.

To be successful in this position, a person should be driven to connect with others, communicate well, and be goal driven. They should also possess a caring and nurturing personality and enjoy working with children. Due to the wide range of services we offer, nitrous monitoring, coronal polishing, and restorative expanded duties certificates are preferred, or the applicant should have an immediate ability to obtain those certifications.

Our growing pediatric office is currently the only pediatric dental specialist in Jefferson County and only 1 of 2 pediatric dental office in the Eastern Panhandle of WV.
