Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during various procedures including general dentistry,
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Take and develop dental X-rays and medical imaging to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Manage patient records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform vital signs assessment and monitor patient comfort throughout procedures.
• Maintain infection control standards through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical documentation, and coordinating with dental reception staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Requirements

• Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
• Efficient team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated and stable career history

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
